康复治疗对脑梗塞患者的运动功能血液流变学及纤溶系统的影响

摘    要:通过测定56例脑梗塞患者综合康复治疗前后的运动功能、血液流变学及纤溶系统活性的变化并与20侧正常人的纤溶系统指标进行对照,结果表明治疗后患者的肢体运动功能、平衡功能明显改善(P<0.001)。血浆粘度、RBC压积、全血低切比粘度显著降低(P<0.001)。t-PA明显升高、PAI明显降低(P<0.001)、PLg降低(P<0.05)、PL增高(P<0.01)。同时发现脑梗塞患者与正常人的纤溶系统比较t-PA、PL显著降低(P<0.001),PAI明显升高(P<0.05)。康复治疗后纤溶系统达到或接近正常人水平。说明脑梗塞患者综合康复治疗能防治血栓形成,恢复肢体功能,提高生活质量。

Abstract:The changes of motor function, hemarhelology and fibrinolytic activity in patients with cerebral infarct after the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment were investigated, and a comparison with 20 controls was conducted. The results showed that, after treatment, the patients extremity motor function and balance function evidently improved (P<0. 01). Plasma viscosity, hematocrit and blood viscosity markedly decreased (P<0. 001), t-PA obviously increased, PAI obviously decreased (P<0. 001), Plg decreased (P< 0. 05 ), and PL increased (P<0.01). We also found that the cerebral infarct patients, t-PA and PL evidently decreased (P<0. 001) and PAI evidently increased (P<0. 05) as compared with those in the controls. After rehabilitation, the patients fibrinolysis appeared to be normal, indicating that the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can prevent the thrombosis forming, recovery the extremity motor function and improve the life quality to cerebral infarct patients.
