医疗康复对缺血性脑卒中预后的影响

45例缺血性脑卒中患者采用特异性的个体化临床与心理、卫生宣教、理疗、针刺、按摩及功能训练等综合治疗。结果显示：患者疾病恢复快，身体功能恢复快，尤其病程＜3个月的早期患者疗效极其显著。对于误过早期康复的患者通过积极地医疗康复也避免和减少了疾病的发作。身体功能获得不同程度改善，与康复初期比较差异明显。

Influence of Medical Rehabilitation on the Prognosis in ICS Paitents

Forty-five patients with ischemic cerebral stroke (ICS) received comprehensive rehabilitation including psychotherapy, hygiene healthy education, physiotherapy, puncture and massage, and exercise training etc. The results showed that the patients recovered rapidly, especially the ones with the disease duration less than 3 months. Through actively effective medical rehabilitation, those patients without early rehabilitation could obtain satisfactory results such as the decrease of ICS episodes, the improvement of body functions to some extent, and so forth.
