高胰岛素-正常葡萄糖钳夹检查的护理问题及对策

目的研究高胰岛素-正常葡萄糖钳夹检查时的常见护理问题及对策。方法分析正常者、超重/肥胖者及2型糖尿病患者三组受检者行高胰岛素-正常葡萄糖钳夹检查时的常见护理问题,记录达到钳夹血糖稳态及检查持续时间。结果所有受检者均成功完成高胰岛素-正常葡萄糖钳夹检查。其中正常组出现护理问题次数最少,超重/肥胖组及2型糖尿病组均出现较多次护理问题,2型糖尿病组达到血糖稳态时间及检查持续时间明显延长。结论针对不同受检者所出现的护理问题采取相应的准备措施及护理对策,钳夹检查均能顺利完成。

Nursing problems and related countermeasures in hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp test

Objective To study the common nursing problems and related countermeasures in hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp test.Methods 32 subjects were divided into three groups: 10 normal health volunteers, 12 overweight/obese subjects and 10 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The general nursing problems were observed and analyzed that appears during hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp test. The duration of clamp test were also recorded.Results All subjects were finished clamp test successfully. Normal health volunteers group showed the least nusring problems. Overweight/obese subjects group and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients group showed more nursing problems.Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients group showed the longest duration of time.Conclusions With preventive measures and related countermeasures to common nursing problems for different subjects, the clamp test can run smoothly and successfully.
