| Abstract: | It introduced the applied state of scientific research achievements of nursing staff in abroad and at home,and analyzed the influencing factors of application of scientific research achievements of nursing staff,and pointed out that a systematic multi-intervention strategy should be made according to specific circumstances,so as to promote the application of scientific research achievements in nursing practice. |
