低剂量丝裂霉素C对辐射所致染色体损伤的实验观察

摘    要:目的 观察低剂量丝裂霉素C(MMC)对辐射损伤小鼠外周血白细胞数变化及染色体畸变的影响.方法 小鼠腹腔注射低剂量MMC,再给大剂量X射线照射,或先给大剂量X射线照射再给低剂量MMC.观察小鼠白细胞计数及骨髓细胞染色体畸变.结果 所有低剂量MMC处理组小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率均低于单纯大剂量照射组,且低剂量MMC处理组的白细胞数降低程度均较单纯照射组有所减轻.结论 低剂量MMC可以减轻辐射所致的染色体损伤,具有辐射防护作用.

Abstract:Objective To study effect of low dose Mitomycin C(MMC) on chromosome aberration and effect of WBC of bone marrow cells of mice treated by 2.0 Gy X-ray.Methods The mice were treated by low dose MMC before or after treated by high dose X-ray.Chromosome aberration of bone marrow cells and the number of WBC of the mice was observed.Results The chromosome aberration in all the group of treated by low dose MMC was lower than that in the 2 Gy X-ray group.And the number of WBC was higher than the simple X-ray group.Conclusion Low dose MMC has a better radiation prevention effect.
