CT、MRI在成人早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中的运用价值分析

摘    要:目的对CT和MRI在成人早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中的运用价值进行分析。方法从2011年12月至2012年12月在我院接受治疗的股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)患者中选取56例作为研究对象,共88髋,年龄均在31-57岁之间,对所有患者都进行两侧髋关节的CT和MRI检查,以ARCO法分期为标准,比较两者定性诊断敏感度和早期检查定性敏感度以及早期影像学。结果 CT和MRI对ANFH的识别与诊断都有准确的效果,两者比较无明显差异,但是MRI早期检查定性敏感度达到了100%,远高于CT的早期检查定性敏感度,两者比较差异显著,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在ANFH早期诊断中,MRI较CT更敏感且更为准确,因此ANFH早期诊断中MRI较CT具有更高的运用价值。

The analytical value of CT,MRI for diagnosis of early adult with avascular necrosis of the femoral head

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of CT and MRI for diagnosis of early adult with avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods We chose 56cases of ANFH patients from 2011December to 2012December in our hospital which were as the research object,and was a total of 88hips,their age was between 31-57years old,examined CT and MRI on both sides of the hip for all patients,and with ARCO staging as the standard,compared both of the qualitative diagnostic sensitivity and early detection of qualitative sensitivity and early imaging.Results CT and MRI had exact effect of the recognition and diagnosis of ANFH,there was no significant difference in both of methods,but early detection of qualitative sensitivity for MRI reached 100%,which was far higher than CT’s,early detection of qualitative sensitivity,there was significant difference,P0.05,it had significant statistics.Conclusion In the early diagnosis of ANFH,MRI was more sensitive than CT and which was more accurate,so MRI in the early diagnosis of ANFH compared with CT which had much higher value.
