胸片与CT检查在周围型肺癌中的应用效果分析

目的探讨胸片与CT检查在周围型肺癌中的应用效果。方法选择我院2009年11月至2011年11月周围型肺癌患者共35例,上述患者均经术后病理组织学检查证实,本组所选患者分别进行胸部X线检查和CT检查,分析两种检查下征象显示情况。结果 CT检查下周围型肺癌患者厚壁孔洞显现率为54.2%、胸膜凹陷征显现率为48.5%、空泡征与支气管象征显现率为22.8%、血管凝聚征显现率为48.5%、肺门与纵膈淋巴结肿大征象显现率为7.4%,分别显著高于X线检查下的显效率（厚壁孔洞显现率为8.5%、胸膜凹陷征显现率为11.4%、空泡征与支气管象征显现率为2.8%、血管凝聚征显现率为11.4%、肺门与纵膈淋巴结肿大征象显现率为28.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CT检查在周围型肺癌中诊断价值高于X线检查,但CT检查医疗成本高;而X线检查简单经济,可用于周围型肺癌的初步诊断,两种诊断方法和结合起来应用。

Analysis on application effect of chest X-ray and CT in peripheral lung cancer

Objective to explore the application effect of X-ray and CT scan in peripheral lung cancer. Methods in our hospital from 2009 November to 2011 November a total of 35 cases of peripheral lung cancer, the patients were con- firmed by postoperative pathological examination, the selected group of patients were performed X-ray examination and CT analysis of two kinds of check,sign display. Results CT examination for peripheral lung cancer patients with thick wall holes appearing rate was 54.2 ~, pleural indentation sign appearance rate for 48.5 ~, vacuole sign and symbol rate of 22.8~/oo ,showing bronchial vascular coagulation syndrome appear rate was 48.5%, the hilar and mediastinal lymph node enlargement sign appearance rate was 7.4 %, markedly effective rate were significantly higher than X-ray examina- tion the （thick wall holes appearing rate was 8.5%, pleural indentation sign appearance rate for 11.4%, vacuole sign and symbol rate of 2.8% ,showing bronchial vascular coagulation syndrome appear rate was 11.4% ,the hilar and medi- astinal lymph node enlargement sign appearance rate is 28.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT examination in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer is higher than the value of X-ray examination, but CT examination of medical cost is high;and the X-ray examination is simple and economical, can be used for prelimi- nary diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer, two kinds of diagnostic methods and combined application.
