钙卫蛋白与脓毒症关系研究进展

钙卫蛋白是一种来源于中性粒细胞和单核细胞的蛋白,具有调节免疫、参与炎症反应以及抗微生物等活性。近年来人们发现,在脓毒症时,钙卫蛋白表达水平可明显升高。本文通过回顾近期针对钙卫蛋白与脓毒症关系的研究,从其抗菌活性、促进免疫功能变化等方面,阐明钙卫蛋白在脓毒症发病过程中所起到的关键作用,同时也阐述了钙卫蛋白在脓毒症诊断、预后和治疗中的应用前景,以期为进一步相关研究指明方向。

Research progress on the relationship between calprotectin and sepsis

Calprotectin is a protein derived from neutrophils and monocytes,which regulates immunity,participates in inflammatory response and antimicrobial activities.In recent years,it has been found that calprotectin expression level can be significantly increased in sepsis.By reviewing recent studies on the mechanism of calprotectin in the pathogenesis of sepsis,this review elucidates the key role of calprotectin in the pathogenesis of sepsis from the etiology,immunology and other aspects,and its application potential in the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of sepsis in order to pointing out the direction for further research.
