| 摘 要： | 目的为探讨治疗突发性耳聋更有效的方法.方法应用微波耳内照射联合川芎嗪治疗突发性耳聋78例,并与单纯用川芎嗪治疗突发性耳聋61例进行对照.结果联合组与对照组总有效率分别为93.6%、81.9%,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).治疗后两组血液流变学比较,联合组优于对照组,其中全血粘度(P＜0.01),红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率(P＜0.05)有显著差异.结论微波联合川芎嗪治疗突发性耳聋是一种更有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore an more effective way to treat sudden deafness. Methods: 78 cases of sudden deafness treated with microwaves irradiation on inner ear combined with tetramethylprazine and 61 cases sudden deafness with tetramethylprazine only were observed, then the both groups effectives were compared. Results: The total effective rates of combining treatment group was 93. 6%, that of control group was 81. 9%, The difference between two groups was significant (P < 0. 05 ). Changes in hemorrelhellogy were observed between two groups after treatment, the results show: whole blood viscosity(P < 0. 01 ), aggregrative index of RBC, aggregrative rate of platelets(P < 0. 05)were significant difference. Conclusion: It is better way to treat sudden deafness with microwaves irradiation on inner ear combined with tetramethylpyrazine. |
