| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relation between the a ctivity of Myosin Light-Chain Phosp horylation and Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP Enzyme ,plateletof Vascular Dementia.Method The activity of Myosin Light-Chain Phosphorylation and Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase,the concen-tration ofwere measured in the health controls of 35cases,38patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI )and 32patients with VD.Results The activity of MLCK in VD and ACI grou p were significantly higher than that of in health control(P <0.01,P <0.05,P <0.01).The acitivity of Ca 2+ ,Mg2+-ATP ase were markedly lower than that of in health control(P <0.05,P <0.01).The static density of plateletin VD and ACI patients were obviously higher than that of in health control(P <0.01);and the static density of plateletwas positively correlated with the a ctivity of MLCK(P <0.01)and negatively correlated with the a ctivity of Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ -ATP ase(P <0.01).Conclusion Platelet function was abnormal in VD and ACI patients.The activity changes of MLCK and Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ -ATP ase may be involved in the process of molecul ar pathophysiological in VD. |
