颅脑损伤合并颈椎损伤的误漏诊分析

目的：探讨颈椎损伤在颅脑损伤中的误诊原因。方法：回顾性分析52例颅脑损伤伴颈部损伤患的。临床资料。结果：颅脑外伤常合并颈椎损伤中，导致相应的颈神经受损，椎动脉受累等脑血流动力学症状，容易误诊和漏诊。结论：颅脑损伤患伤后有难以解释的神经症状时，应根据病情作相关的颈部影像学检查，以期得到早期诊断和及时治疗。

Misdiagnostical Analysis of Cervical Vertebra Trauma Complications with Encephalon Trauma

Objective: To explore the cause of misdiagnosis of cervical vertebra trauma in encephalon trauma. Methods :To retrospectively analyze clinical data of 52 cases of encephalon trauma with neck trauma. Results: In cases of encephalon trauma with cervical vertebra trauma, there were always symptoms of cervical nerve injury and vertebral artery was involved.It was easily misdiagnosed. Conclusion: When patients with encephalon trauma had unexplainable neural symptoms, imagining examination on neck was necessary in order to make early diagnosis and timely treatment.
