成人外科术后患者口渴管理的最佳证据总结

目的 总结成人外科术后患者口渴管理的相关证据，为临床护理人员处理口渴症状提供参考依据。方法 以“6S”证据资源金字塔模型为基础，检索与成人外科术后口渴相关的实践指南、专家共识、证据总结、临床决策、推荐实践和系统评价，检索时限为建库至2022年12月31日，2名研究人员独立开展文献筛选、质量评价和证据综合。结果 共纳入11篇文献，包括1篇实践指南、3篇证据总结、4篇系统评价、3篇专家共识，分别从口渴评估、干预策略、效果评价、教育培训这4个方面归纳出13条证据。结论 该研究总结的成人外科术后患者口渴管理的最佳证据具有一定的科学性和可行性，可以结合患者具体情况针对性地应用证据，最大程度的提高患者舒适度。

Best evidence summary for thirst management in adult post-surgical patients

Objective To summarize the evidence related to the management of thirst in adult postoperative surgical patients and provide a reference for clinical caregivers in managing thirst symptoms. Methods Based on the pyramid model of evidence, practice guidelines, expert consensuses, evidence summaries, clinical decisions, recommended practices and systematic reviews linked to postoperative thirst were searched. The retrieval period was from the databases establishment to December 31, 2022, and two researchers independently conducted literature screening, quality evaluation and evidence synthesis. Results A total of 11 articles were incorporated, including 2 guidelines, 3 evidence summaries, 4 systematic reviews, and 2 expert consensuses. Totally 13 pieces of best evidence were summarized in 4 areas, including thirst assessment, intervention strategies, outcome evaluation, and education and training. Conclusion The study summarized the best evidence for thirst management in adult postoperative surgical patients was scientifical and feasible, and the evidence could be applied in a targeted manner to maximize patient comfort.
