认知行为干预对抑郁症患者抑郁情绪和自杀态度影响的研究

目的探讨认知行为干预对抑郁症患者抑郁情绪和自杀态度的影响。方法选择2005年9月1日—2006年5月31日入院的抑郁症患者,共80例,随机分为两组。对照组采用精神科护理常规、支持性心理护理,干预组在此基础上实施针对性的认知行为干预。运用汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression rating scale for depression,HAMD)和自杀态度问卷(Questionnaire of suicide attitude,QSA)对干预效果进行评定。结果入院第3周末及第6周末干预组HAMD量表分值显著低于对照组,干预组HAMD的总平均减分值显著大于对照组的总平均减分值,入院第6周末干预组对自杀行为性质的认识和对自杀者、自杀者家属及安乐死的态度分值显著高于对照组。结论认知行为干预对改善抑郁症患者的抑郁情绪和自杀态度有着明显的影响。

A Study of cognitive-behaviour intervention on depressed sentiment and suicide tendency in depression patients

Objective To study the cognitive-behaviour nursing intervention on depressed sentiment and suicide tendency in depression patients.Methods Eighty depression patients were admitted from September 1, 2005 to May 31,2006 and randomly assigned into two groups(control group and intervention group).Control group received conventional psychiatric and psychological care.Intervention group received cognitive-behaviour nursing intervention in addition.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD) and Questionnaire of Suicide Attitude(QSA) were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results The scores of HAMD in study group at the end of the 3rd and 6th week were significantly lower than that in the control group.The reduction of scores of HAMD in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Scores of the cognition of suicidal behaviors and the attitude to suicide,their relatives and euthanasia were significantly higher than that of the control group at the end of sixth week after admission.Conclusion The cognitive-behaviour nursing intervention has a significant impact on the improvement of depressive sentiment and suicidal attitude in depression patients.
