循证护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者睡眠质量的影响

目的:探讨循证护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院干部呼吸与危重症学科收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例,对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行循证护理,比较2组的负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分、舒适度评分、生命质量评分、护理满意度。结果:1)护理后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均较对照组更低(P <0. 05),其舒适度评分、生命质量评分均较对照组更高(P <0. 05)。2)护理总满意率观察组为95. 00%,较对照组80. 00%更高(P <0. 05)。结论:循证护理可有效改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的睡眠质量,减轻其负性情绪,有利于提高其舒适度和生命质量水平,使患者感到更加满意。

Effects of Evidence-Based Nursing on Sleep Quality in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on sleep quality of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: A Total of 80 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected to carry out a prospective study.According to the random number table method,40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The negative emotional score,sleep quality score,comfort score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: 1)After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P <0.05),and the comfort score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P <0.05).2)The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 95.00% in the observation group,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,reduce their negative emotions,improve their comfort and quality of life,and make patients feel more satisfied.
