全人照护管理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用

目的 研究全人照护管理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法 随机数表法将本院2019年1月-2019年12月诊治的100例肺炎患儿分为观察组与对照组，各50例，分别给予全人照护管理模式和常规护理模式。比较两组患儿干预前后情绪状况、治疗依从性和生活质量，并统计患儿症状改善情况。结果 观察组患儿内化行为、外化行为和失调分值均显著低于对照组，能力分值显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预前两组患儿主客观依从性比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组患儿主观依从性分值显著高于对照组，客观依从性显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿肺啰音和咳嗽消失时间、退热时间以及住院时间均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预前两组患儿生活质量各项维度分值比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组患儿各维度分值均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 全人照护管理模式应用于肺炎患儿的护理中，可有效提高患儿的治疗依从性，改善负面情绪，促进症状改善，提高其生活质量。

Application of holistic nursing management model in nursing of children with pneumonia

Objective To study the application effect of holistic nursing management model in nursing of children with pneumonia. Methods 100 children with pneumonia who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital between January and December 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The holistic nursing management model and routine nursing model were applied in the two groups, respectively. The emotional status, treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention, and the improvement of symptoms was statistically analyzed. Results Scores of internalizing behaviors, externalizing behaviors and disorders of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the ability score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in subjective and objective compliance between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the subjective compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher, and the objective compliance was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of lung rales and cough, fever abatement time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Differences in quality of life scores between the two groups were not statistically significant before intervention (P>0.05), but the scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing management model applied to nursing of children with pneumonia can effectively improve the treatment compliance, negative emotions, symptoms and quality of life of the children.
