以案例为基础的翻转课堂教学模式的应用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨在本科护生中开展以案例为基础的翻转课堂教学模式的应用效果。 方法 将2017年1月至2017年12月在吉林大学第二医院实习的120名护生按照随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60名。观察组采用以案例为基础的翻转课堂教学方法;对照组采用传统带教方法。实习结束时对两组护生进行理论考核和操作技能考核,以及了解两组护生对带教模式的评价。 结果 观察组护生理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教模式的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 以案例为基础的翻转课堂教学可以提高教学质量和护生的实习效果。

Application of the Flipped Classroom with the teaching method of case based model

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the Flipped Classroom based on case study in nursing students. Methods One hundred and twenty internship nursing students in the Second Hospital of Jilin University from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the method of random number table equally. The students in observation group adopted the teaching methods of Flipped Classroom based on case study. The students in control group adopted the traditional teaching method only. At the end of the practice, the two groups of nursing students were examined in theory and operation skills. Meanwhile, the teaching mode was evaluated by the two groups of nursing students. Results The theoretical and operational results of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group significantly (P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group with teaching mode was higher than that of the control group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions Case based teaching can improve teaching quality and practice effect of nursing students which provides the basis for clinical nursing teaching.
