医学院校学生急救知识与技能的现状调查分析

目的:了解我校学生对急救知识与技能的知晓情况、培训现状、急救知识获取途径、施救意愿及其影响因素等,为有针对性地提高大学生急救知识与技能水平提供依据。方法:自行设计急救知识与技能现状调查问卷,采用方便抽样方法抽取我校2011级新入学本科生153名进行问卷调查,共发放问卷153份,收回有效问卷146份,有效收回率为95.42%。结果:仅有4.79%的学生以前参加过急救培训;学生急救知识主要来自电视、广播、网络,仅有13.01%的学生急救知识来自讲座、培训;58.22%的学生认为在学校开展急救培训对全体学生有用;54.11%～69.87%的学生愿意对别人实施急救措施;担心自己急救能力不够是影响学生实施急救措施的主要原因,占68.49%～85.63%。结论:我校学生对急救知识与技能的掌握状况不佳,其知晓率水平有待提高,需大力开展急救知识和技能的培训,进一步提高其急救能力。

Investigation and analysis of first aid capabilities on medical college students

Objective： To investigate the awareness of first aid knowledge and skils, training condition, access to knowledge about first aid, rescuing will- ingness and influence factors and so on of new college students of medical college, then provide the basis for specific improvement of college students＇ first aid knowledge and skills. Methods： Selected 153 of new college students in grade 2011 in his college using self- designed questionaire about first aid ability by convenience sampling, a total of 153 questionnaires, 146 valid questloonairos, effective recovery rate seas 95.42%. Resnlts： Only 4.97% of the students participated in the first aid training before, students＇ finst aid knowledge mainly comes firm TV, radio, Internet, only 13.01% students＇ knowl- edge of first aid from lectures and training. 58.22% of students thought it was useful for students to develop first aid training. 54.11% -69.86% of the students were willing to take first aid measures for others in emergency. The main barrier for the students to take first aid measures was their worry about lack of first aid ability, which accounts for 68.49% -85.63%. Conclusion： Medclal college students＇ first aid knowledge and skills are in a low level, and the level of in＇st aid awareness is hope to improve. Therefore, relevant organizations should vigorously canT out first aid knowledge and skills training to further improve first aid ability of college students.
