结直肠癌术后患者3个月内非计划性再入院危险因素分析

目的探讨结直肠癌患者术后非计划性再入院危险因素。方法选取2017年9月—2019年9月在医院进行结直肠癌手术治疗的924例患者,根据患者出院后3个月内非计划入院情况,将其中术后非计划性再入院的37例患者设为病例组,未再入院的887例患者设为对照组。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析结直肠癌患者术后非计划性再入院的危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,性别、术前糖尿病、术前低蛋白血症及术后并发症发生情况是结直肠癌患者术后非计划性再入院的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,男性、术前糖尿病、术前低蛋白血症、术后并发症为导致结直肠癌患者术后非计划性再入院的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者术后非计划性再入院危险因素包括患者为男性、术前糖尿病、术前低蛋白血症、术后并发症,因此,在患者首次治疗前,应进行有效评估,改善患者血糖及营养水平,并采取快速康复护理及延续护理等措施避免患者术后再入院。

Risk factors of the colorectal cancer patients happend unplanned readmission within three months

Objective To explore the risk factors of the colorectal cancer patients happend unplanned readmission.Methods To select 924 patients underwent the colorectal cancer surgery in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2019,according to the patients'unplanned readmission situation occurred after leaving the hospital within three months,the 37 readmitted patients were taken as the case group,the 887 patients were not readmitted were taken as the control group.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were applied to analysis the risk factors of the colorectal cancer patients happend unplanned readmission.Results Univariate analysis showed that,gender,preoperative diabetes,preoperative hypoproteinemia,the incidence of postoperative complications were the influencing factors of the colorecal cancer patients occurred the unplanned readmission(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,male,preoperative diabetes,preoperative hypoproteinemia,postoperative complications were the independent risk factors of the colorecal cancer patients occurred the unplanned readmission(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of the colorecal cancer patients happend the unplanned readmission included male,preoperative diabetes,preoperative hypoproteinemia,postoperative complications Therefore,before the patients'first therapy,the effective evaluation is necessary to improve the patients blood glucose and nutrition level,the rapid rehabilitation care and continuing care should be given to the patients to avoid the readmission after operation.
