ICU和造口专科护士现状调查与分析

目的了解专科护士准入及工作现状,评估其能力水平,明确再认证方法,加强、完善专科护士管理。方法自制调查表,对取得专科护士资格的38名造口治疗师和39名ICU专科护士进行现状调查。结果通过对现有专科护士的调查发现,我国专科护士认证和管理存在以下问题:①以往对专科护士的准入资格证书没有严格限制。②专科护士的培训机构、培训时间、培训课程不统一。③专科护士的职责功能以及作用范围不同。④专科护士所能达到的科研能力普遍较弱。结论专科护士的重要性和发展专科护理的必要性已得到广泛认可。专科护士基本具备了国外专科护士的角色功能。专科护士能力水平有待进一步提高。

Investigation and analysis on the current situation of the specialty nurses of ICU and enterostomy

Objective To identify the current situation of the qualification standards and working status of specialty nurses in China,and evaluate their competences,determine the method of re-qualification,and improve the management of specialty nurses.Methods 38 enterostomy nurses and 39 ICU nurses with the certification of specialty nurse were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The results showed that there were the following problems in the qualification and management of specialty nurses,including lack of strict qualification requirements,difference in the organization,credit hours and course of training,difference in the duties,responsibilities and roles of specialty nurses,deficiency of scientific research competence.Conclusion The importance and necessity of the specialty nurses has been recognized in China and they have played the same roles as international specialty nurses.However,their competences need to be further improved.
