6S管理模式在护理管理中的应用

目的不断提高护理人员的质量意识、服务意识，改善病人住院环境，提升护理人员素质。方法对病区环境进行现场调查评估，运用6S活动的常用方法（目视管理、定置管理）定期对病区环境、护士仪容仪表、药品管理、办公室管理、表格书写、基础护理、仪器设备、治疗室管理、服务态度、护理安全10个方面进行考核评价。结果护理质量平均分由原来的82．17分上升至91．96分，病人满意度由85．15％提高到93．97％。结论6s管理是创建和维护良好医院环境、提高医院服务质量、提升医院竞争力的一种有效管理方法。

The application of 6S management model in nursing management

Objectives To constantly enhance nurses＇ quality consciousness and service awareness,improve hospital environment and improve the quality of personnel. Methods The methods of 6S management including visual and set management were applied to evaluate the ward environment,nurses＇ appearance,drug management,office management, documents, basic care, instruments and equipments, treatment room management, service manner, and nursing security. Results The average score of quality of nursing was increased from 82.17 points to 91.96 points and the patients satisfaction was increased from 85.15% to 93.97%. Conclusion 6S management is proved to be an effective management method to create and maintain favorable hospital environment,improve the quality of services and enhance the competitiveness of the hospital.
