ISO9001《质量管理体系要求》在我院护理质量管理中的应用

目的规范护理单元管理,落实管理制度,提高护理服务质量。方法引入IS09001:2000《质量管理体系要求》,建立标准化、规范化的质量管理体系,采用过程方法、以病人为关注焦点、基于事实的决策方法和坚持持续改进等原则规范护理管理体系,建立质量管理体系文件框架,组织编写《质量手册》、《程序文件》、《作业指导书》,对全院护理人员进行培训,运用IS09001:2000《质量管理体系要求》进行护理质量管理。结果通过应用IS09001:2000护理质量管理体系,使管理目标化、质量考核标准化、质量控制科学化。结论IS09001:2000质量管理体系的建立,满足了老年医院的发展及老年病人的需求。

The application of ISO9001 Quality Management System in geriatric hospital

Objective To standardize the management of nursing units,put into effect of management system and improve the quality of nursing. Methods According to ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System,we standardized the quality control system based on process control,patient-cen- tered principle,fact-based decision-making,and continuing improvement.Moreover,we established the documentation system of quality control,draw up some quality control documents and provide training for all the nursing staff,such as"quality handbook","process documentation","operation guiding book".Results This practice made the quality control objective-targeted,standardized and scientific.Conclusion The establishment of standardized quality control system can satisfy the demands of hospital development as well as patients' needs.
