| 摘 要： | 目的探讨X线胸片对少量气腹的诊断价值。方法12例疑有气腹而腹部平片阴性患者，发病时间〈10h9例，〉10h3例，最长者近1周，加拍胸部正位片，观察有无膈下游离气体。结果12例中9例胸片可显示膈下细线条弧状低密度影。结论X线胸片较腹平片更容易显示少量气腹。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of different patterns of X-ray photography on pneumoperitoneum. Methods Twelve patients suspected as with pneumoperitoneum, 9 visiting the hospital within 10 hours after onset and 3 beyond 10 hours with one case for almost 1 week, undetavent chest X-ray because their abdominal plain film were negative. Results Thin arc shadow was found under the diaphragm in 9 of the 12 patients, showing free gas. Conclusion Chest X-ray has greater advantage than abdominal plain film in diagnosing pneumoperitoneum. |
