560例司法精神医学鉴定的回顾性分析

目的 探讨重庆地区司法精神医学鉴定案例的特点.方法 回顾性分析我院司法精神医学鉴定560例案例的一般人口学资料、案件资料、医学诊断及鉴定结论.结果 ①本研究560例中,以男性378/560(67.5％)、青壮年(35.07±12.88)岁,农民、无业人员474/560(84.64％),未婚279/560(49.82％)、偏低文化程度(初中以下文化程度)475/560(84.82％)为主要特点；②肇事案件:性伤害案120/560(21.43％)女性明显高于男性存在显著差异(x2=173.80,P＜0.001)、而致人死亡案100/560(17.86％)、造成他(她)人身体伤害案96/560(17.14％)男性明显高于女性有显著差异分别为(x2=7.34,P＜0.05)、(x2=23.38,P＜0.001);③肇事精神疾病患者中以精神分裂症出现频率最高为189/560(33.75％),男女性别无差异(x2=1.07,P＞0.05),其次为精神发育迟滞130/560(23.21％),女性明显高于男性有显著差异(x2=117.62,P＜0.001).结论 肇事精神疾病患者以男性、青壮年、低文化程度的重性精神病为主,而性伤害案以女性、精神发育迟滞为主,加强对这类病人的治疗和管理是降低精神疾病患者肇事肇祸,维护社会治安的重要环节之一.

Retrospective Analysis of Forensic Psychiatry Assessment in 560 Cases

Objective To investigate characteristics of forensic psychiatry assessment in Chongqing area.Methods We analyzed 560 patients with forensic psychiatry assessment in our hospital in a retrospective study.Results In 560 cases,378 patients（67.5%）were male,most of whom were adult（35.07±12.88）,474/560（84.64%）were out of work and farmers,279/560（49.82%）were unmarried,and 475/560（84.82%）were with low educational background.The causing trouble rates were consisted with sex harm 120/560（21.43%）which was significantly higher in female than that of male（χ2=173.80,P0.001）,but it was significantly higher in men than women in causing death 100/560（17.86%）（χ2=7.34,P0.05）and body harm 96/560（17.14%）（χ2=23.38,P0.001）.Schizophrenic were the most frequency of occurrences in the causing trouble psychiatric disorders 189/560（33.75%）and there was no difference between male and female（χ2=1.07,P0.05）.The next frequency of occurrences was the mental retardation patients 130/560（23.21%）,in which female was higher than male significantly.Conclusion Most of the patients with forensic psychiatry were adult males with low culture degree,and sex harm were females and mental retardation people.Much attention should be paid to strengthen the treatment and administration for reducing the causing trouble rate,and protect the social public order.
