阅读疗法提高大学生心理健康水平的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨阅读疗法对提高大学生心理健康水平的影响。方法采用阅读疗法对大学生进行为期4个月的心理干预,采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行实验评估。结果实验组的总体心理健康状况后测得分(除敌对和其他因子外)显著低于前测,强迫(t=3.88,P〈0.001)和人际敏感(t=3.69,P〈0.001)改善最明显。实验组在接受阅读疗法干预之后各因子分(除总均分及精神病性和其他因子外)显著低于对照组,抑郁(t=2.88,P〈0.01)和焦虑分(t=3.09,P〈0.01)变化最大。艺术生的恐怖、偏执、焦虑分在干预之后也均有所降低。结论阅读疗法能够提高大学生的心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of reading therapy on mental health of college students.Methods College students took part in four-months' psychological intervention,and were evaluated according to SCL-90.Results The scores of post-test of the experimental group(EG) were lower than those of pre-test,the obsessive-compulsive and interpersonal sensitivity were improved significantly.The scores of the EG were significantly lower than the control group(CG) after the reading therapy intervention except the score of psychosis and the other,the greatest changes were the depression and anxiety.The art college students' scores of terror,paranoid ideation and anxiety were also lower.Conclusion The level of mental health of college students can be improved by reading therapy.
