集中居住农民的心理健康状况及安全感的比较

目的:比较集中居住农民与自然村居住农民心理健康状况与安全感状况的差异,探究集中居住农民心理健康状况与安全感的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表和安全感量表对集中居住农民124人和自然村居住农民143人进行测量,并用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果:1集中居住农民在SCL-90总均分(t=-3.466,P0.05)和各因子得分(t=-2.533,-3.442,-3.843,-2.947,-3.341,-2.351,-2.714,-3.011,-2.500,-2.453;P0.05)都显著低于自然村居住农民;2集中居住农民在安全感量表中确定控制感因子得分(t=2.192;P0.05)显著高于自然村居住农民;3集中居住农民的心理健康与安全感成正相关(P0.01)。结论:在短时期内,集中居住农民心理健康状况和确定控制感优于自然村居住农民,并且其心理健康状况与安全感有密切联系。

A Comparative Study of Mental Health Status and Sense of Security between Concentrated Residential Farmers and Natural Village Farmers

Objective:To compare the difference of mental health status and sense of security between natural vil‐lage farmers and concentrated residential farmers;To explore the relationship of mental health status and sense of security of concentrated residential farmers ,and provide the theory basis for concentrated residential farmers with targeted psychological intervention .Methods:Used Symptom Rating Scale and Security Questionnaire to measure mental health status and sense of security of concentrated residential farmers of 124 and natural village farmers of 143 ,and used spss16 0. to statistics and analysis .Results:①In SCL -90 scale ,the average total score of concentrated residential farmers(t=‐3 4.66 ,P<0 0.5)and the score of every factor of concentrated residential farmers(t=‐2 5.33 ,‐3 4.42 ,‐3 8.43 ,‐2 9.47 ,‐3 3.41 ,‐2 3.51 ,‐2 7.14 ,‐3 0.11 ,‐2 5.00 ,‐2 4.53 ;P<0 0.5)were significantly less than that of nat‐ural village farmers ;②In Security Questionnaire ,the score of concentrated residential farmers in determine control factor(t=2 1.92 ;P<0 0.5)was significantly higher than that of natural village farmers;③The mental health of con‐centrated farmers is related to the sense of security(P<0 0.1)Conclusion:In the short term ,the mental health status and sense of determine control of concentrated residential farmers is better than that of the natural village farmers , and the mental health status of concentrated residential farmers is closely related to the sense of security .
