心血管病专科医师规范化培训中自成长能力培养的探索

中国心血管病专科医师规范化培训是提高医师临床诊治水平的重要继续教育过程,是提高国内心血管病救治水平的核心举措。在目前培养过程中发现受训生源素质参差不齐、临床培训及考核评估体系针对性不强,不能满足心血管病专科医师未来岗位核心胜任力需求。本文从承训基地角度,提出以核心胜任力为目标,聚焦自成长能力培养,通过细化培训制度、制定个性化培训方案、分类考核形式与标准等措施,围绕自成长能力提升学员发现问题、思考问题、解决问题的能力,为提升心血管病专科医师培训质量探索新的途径。

Training of self-regulated capability building in the standardized training for cardiologists

The standardized training of cardiologists in china is an important continuing medical education program to improve the individual and national level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.On account of the varying quality of standardized training trainees and the lack of targeted clinical training and assessment system,the current training program is unable to meet the future job demand of cardiologists.From the training base perspective,the study put forward a goal of improving Core Competencies and focus on the development of self-growth capability.Through the elaboration of training system,the development of personalized training programs,the classification of assessment forms and standard,and other measures,the aim to improve trainees'self-growth capability to figure out problems,to think and solve the problems,and to explore a new way to improve the quality of cardiologists standardized training in China.
