壳聚糖膜的降解与生物相容性研究

摘    要:用小鼠作实验动物,研究了壳聚膜的生物降解与生物相容性,结果表明,壳聚糖膜易于生物降解,在植入初期有轻度炎症反应,至16周后炎症反应基本消失。作为一种新型天然可吸收性生物材料,壳聚糖具有很好的发展应用前景。

Abstract:The biodegradability and biocompatibility of a chitosan film were investigated in mice. The results showed that chitosan films had a mild inflammatory reaction in the early days of grafting,and after 16 weeks the inflammation basically subsided. Chitosan films were easily biodegraded. Chitosan is a novel natural absorbable medical film material and has a good developmental prospect.
