子宫内膜样腺癌中Maspin、VEGF—C的表达与肌层浸润程度的临床研究

目的检测maspin和VEGF—C在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及与肌层浸润程度的意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测49例子宫内膜样腺癌及15例正常子宫内膜中maspin、VEGF—C的表达及与肌层浸润程度的意义。结果（1）Maspin在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达阳性，肌层浸润深maspin阳性表达率增高，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。（2）VEGF—C在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达阳性，肌层浸润深度〉1／2组阳性率（75．0％）高于肌层浸润深度≤1／2组（36．4％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（3）子宫内膜样腺癌中maspin和VEGF—C呈正相关关系（P〈0．05）。结论maspin和VEGF—C表达上调可能共同促进了子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移，二者联合检测可能对临床诊疗、判断预后有指导意义。

Clinical study on the expression and invasive singnificance of Maspin and VEGF - C in endometrioid adenocarcinama.

Objective： To study the expression and invasive significance of mammary serine protease inhibitor （maspin） and vascular endothelial growth factor - C （ YEGF - C） in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods ： The immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expression of maspin and VEGF - C in the normal endometrium and endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The study group included fifteen cases of normal endometrium and forty - nine cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Results ： （ 1 ） The expression of maspin was positive in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, the depth of myometrial invasion of maspin was increased. However, there was no relationship between endometrioid adenocarcinoma and the depth of myometrial invasion （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. （ 2 ） The expression of VEGF -C was positive in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. There was significant difference between in more than 1/2 （75%） group and less than 1/2 （36.4%） group in myometrial invasion （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （ 3 ） The expression of maspin was significantly positive correlated with that of VEGF - C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： There was signifieant correlation and coincidence between maspin and VEGF - C. The coexpression indicates worse aggressive tumor phenotype. Being tested together, maspin and VEGF- C will have great significance in estimating malignant characters and state of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, to indicate outcome and direct clinical therapy.
