摘    要:钙调蛋白(calmodulin,CaM)是广泛存在于真核生物体内的一种多功能蛋白质,是Ca2+在体内的一个重要受体。CaM通过Ca2+/CaM依赖的钙调神经磷酸酶及CaMKⅡ,调节心肌细胞肥大相关基因的表达;通过心肌细胞膜上钙通道的磷酸化,造成钙超载,进而诱导心肌肥厚及肥厚心肌心律失常的发生。钙调蛋白在肥厚心肌心律失常机制的阐述,对指导临床治疗和开发新的、更有效的药物具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Calmodulin (CaM) is a ubiquitous multifunctional protein in all eukaryotes as a primary Ca2+ receptor in the body. It plays an important role in modulating the activities of a wide variety of target proteins and Ca2+ dependent enzymes. CaM regulates the cardiac hypertrophy-related gene expression via Ca2+/CaM dependent calcineurin and calmodulin-dependent protein kinaseⅡ (CaMKⅡ) and results in calcium overload through phosphorylation of calcium channels on the myocardial cell membrane, and then it induces myocardial hypertrophy and arrhythmia in hypertrophic myocardium. Deeper understanding of the relationship between CaM and arrhythmias in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy might be significant to guide clinical treatment and develop new effective drugs.
