单克隆抗CEA抗体对卵巢上皮性囊性肿瘤标记分析

卵巢手术切除标本53例,其中浆液性囊性肿瘤24例,粘液性囊性肿瘤29例。免疫组化PAP法,结果表明:浆液性囊腺瘤CEA阴性,粘液性囊腺瘤CEA阳性率为27％;浆液性囊腺癌阳性率25％,粘液性囊腺癌阳性率92％。浆液性与粘液性两种细胞类型肿瘤之间CEA分布在良性肿瘤差别不显著(P>0.05),在恶性肿瘤有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。提示:CEA是卵巢粘液性囊腺癌有用的肿瘤标记物。

Analysis of Ovary Epithelial Cystic Tumors Labelled with Anti-CEA Monoclonal Antibody

In the present study, the immunological method, PAP assay, was employed for analysis of epithelial cystic tumors in patients who underwent ovariectomy. A total of 53 patients were studied and 24 of them were shown to have serous cystic tumors and 29 mucous cystic tumors. The findings showed that the positive rate of CEA was 25% in serous cystadenocarcinoma, 92% in mucous cystadenocarcinoma and 27% in mucous cystadenoma while the presence of CEA was not detectable in serous cystadenoma. There was no difference in CEA distribution between serous and mucous cellular types in benign ovarian tumors (p>0.05), but a significant difference was found in the malignant tumours (p<0.01). The results confirmed that CEA was an important tumor marker of mucous cystic adenocarcinoma. It might be of more importance to make a regular serological detection of CEA when its content in tissue elevated.
