大肠腺癌和腺瘤AEG-1基因的表达及意义

目的探讨AEG-1在大肠癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测60例正常大肠粘膜、22例大肠腺瘤和60例大肠腺癌中AEG-1的表达。结果大肠腺癌和腺瘤中AEG-1的阳性率分别为91.7%和90.9%,明显高于正常大肠粘膜组织的23.3%,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）,其中大肠腺癌的中度阳性率和强阳性率分别为31.7%和60%,而大肠腺瘤分别为63.6%和27.3%,两者差异具有统计学意义（P=0.019）;对大肠腺癌中AEG-1表达与肿瘤临床病理特征做相关性分析,结果表明,AEG-1表达强度与肿瘤T、N分期显著正相关（P〈0.05）。结论 AEG-1在大肠癌和大肠腺瘤中表达增强,在大肠腺瘤恶变、大肠癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,可作为诊断大肠癌新的生物标记物。

Expression of AEG-1 gene in colorectal carcinoma and adenoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1（AEG-1）in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical-pathological significance.Methods The expression of AEG-1 in normal colorectal tissues,adenoma and colorectal carcinoma was detected using immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of AEG-1 in the colorectal carcinoma was 91.7% and that in the adenoma was 90.9%.The result was significantly higher than the normal colorectal tissues.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.001）.The moderately positive rate and strong positive rate of AEG-1 in the colorectal carcinoma was 31.7% and 60%,respectively,and that in the adenoma was 63.6% and 27.3%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P=0.019）.Correlation between the expression of AEG-1 in the colorectal carcinoma and clinical-pathological characteristic was analyzed.The expression of AEG-1 was positively correlated with T and N stage.Conclusion The expression of AEG-1 was upregulated in colorectal carcinoma and adenoma.AEG-1 may play an important role in the tumor progression and development.It can also be used as a biomarker for diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.
