| 摘 要： | 目的:研究乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前C?C区基因的一级结构及其变异特点。探讨前C区1896位基因突变与血清标志物,肝功能损害的关系。方法:收集慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清388份,进行前C/C区基因测序,HBV标志物、HBV-DNA、ALT、AST测定。结果:HBVA1896突变毒株158例,A1899突变毒株57例。C区变异大部分集中在第5、27、60位氨基酸的序列中。结论:A1896突变与HBeAg分泌障碍有关。A1896突变可加重肝脏损害。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the primary structure and heterogenenity of PreC/C gene region in hepatitis B virus.To study the relationship between the HBV precore 1896 site mutation,the HBV markers and the severity of hepatitis B.Method:388 consecutive patients with chronic hepatitis B were included in the study.The PreC/C motif mutation was detected.Serial serum samples were studied with the quantitative determination of HBV markers、ALT、AST.Results:There were 158 samples which were detected with HBV precore 1896 site mutation.57 samples were detected with HBV precore 1899 site mutation.Core gene mutation most express in the fifth,the twenty-seventh and the sixtieth amino acid.Conclusion:HBV precore 1896 site mutation is related with HBeAg secretion.HBV precore 1896 site mutation contributes to severe liver damage. |
