2010-2015年成都市孕产妇艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

目的 了解成都市孕产期妇女人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和梅毒的感染现状、艾滋病防治知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为当地防控策略制定和干预效果评估提供科学依据.方法 严格按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》标准,于2010-2015年对符合监测条件的孕产妇开展行为学问卷调查和血清学检测.结果 2010-2015年间共监测孕产妇2400名,未发现HIV抗体阳性者,梅毒阳性检出率及HCV阳性检出率均为0.13％;艾滋病防治知识知晓率70.52％,呈逐年上升趋势(X2=75.68,P＜0.001),且文化水平越高、年龄越小、怀孕生育次数越少,其防治知识知晓率越高.结论 成都市孕产妇人群HIV、梅毒、HCV感染率均处于低于全国较低水平,但该人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率仍有待提升,今后应开展针对性的孕期健康教育及行为干预,预防艾滋病母婴传播的发生.

Analysis on AIDS sentinel surveillance among pregnant women in Chengdu City, 2010-2015

Objective To investigate the current infection status of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis C virus (HCV) and syphilis among pregnant women in Chengdu, which provided scientific basis for the formulation of control strategy and the evaluation of the intervention effect.Methods Behavioral questionnaire survey a and serological test were conducted on the pregnant women from 2010 to 2015.Results 2400 pregnant women were investigated in Chengdu City from 2010 to 2015.There was no positive HIV patient was found and the positive rate of syphilis and HCV positive detection rate were 0.13％ respectively.The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge among them was 70.52％, and it' s significantly rising year by year(X2 =75.68,P ＜0.001).The better educated, the younger, the fewer pregnancies and the less number of birth were all the positive influence factors of the knowledge awareness rate of AIDS prevention.Conclusions HIV, syphilis and HCV infection rate among pregnant women in Chengdu are all lower than the average level in China, but the awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge in this group is still needed to be improved.In the future, we should carry out targeted health education and behavior intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of mother to child transmission of AIDS.
