恶性肿瘤胸腹水细胞学检验的探讨

目的探讨胸腹水细胞学检验在恶性肿瘤细胞诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾我院2014年1月~2016年6月376例胸腹水脱落细胞学的检验结果,分析胸腹水细胞学检验在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。结果 376例胸腹水脱落细胞学检验患者中,发现疑似肿瘤细胞3例,恶性肿瘤细胞74例,病理组织学证实恶性肿瘤患者79例,胸腹水细胞学检验的正确率高达97.47%,假阴性率为2.53%,假阳性率为0%。结论胸腹水脱落细胞学检验在恶性肿瘤诊断中具有重要的临床价值,值得临床推广。

A study on the cytological examination of pleural effusion and ascites in patients with malignant tumor

Objective To explore the application value of pleural effusion cytology test in the diagnosis of malig‐nant tumor cells . Methods To review the results of 376 cases of pleural effusion cytology in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 ,and to analyze the application value of pleural effusion cytology test in the diagnosis of malignant tumors . Results 376 cases of thoracic and abdominal water by cytology test ,suspected tumor cells in 3 cases ,74 cases of malignant tumor cells ,pathology of malignant tumor patients in 79 cases ,the correct rate of pleural effusion and ascites cytology as high as 97 .47% ,the false negative rate was 2 .53% ,the false positive rate was 0% . Conclusion Pleural effusion cytology test in the diagnosis of malignant tumor has an important clinical value ,it is worthy of clinical promotion .
