妈咪爱联合利巴韦林、思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的观察

目的观察妈咪爱联合利巴韦林、思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法将轮状病毒性肠炎患儿58例按就诊先后顺序随机分为对照组29例，用利巴韦林、思密达治疗。治疗组29例，在对照组治疗的基础上加用妈咪爱治疗；利巴韦林用法：10mg/（kg·d），分3次口服；思密达用法：1岁以下，1g/次，1岁以上，1．5g/次，3次／d；妈咪爱用法：1岁以下，0．5g／次，1岁以上，1g,／次，2次／d。结果治疗组的治愈率和总有效率分别为75．86％和96．55％，对照组的治愈率和总有效率分别为48．28％和75．86％，组间比较，其差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论妈咪爱联合利巴韦林、思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著。

Effect of medilac-vita combined with ribavirin and smecta in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of medilac-vita combined with ribavirin and smecta in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Method 58 infantile patients diagnosed as having rotavirus enteritis according to clinical diagnostic criteria were divided randomly into trial group （ n = 29） and control group （ n = 29）. The patients in control group were treated with ribavirin and smeeta, while the patients in trial group were treated with medilac-vita on the basis of the treatment applied to control group. Ribavirin was given orally 10 mg/（kg · d） in 3 divided doses; Smecta was given at a dosage of lg for patients under 1 year and 1.5 g for patients above 1 year, three times daily; Medilae-vita was given at a dosage of 0.5 g for patients under 1 year and 1 g for those above 1 year, twice daily. Result The cure rate and total effective rate of the trial group was 75.86% and 96.55% respectively, while that of the control group was 48.28% and 75. 86% respectively, with the difference between two groups being significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Medilac-vita combined with ribavirin and smecta has significant effect in treating infantile rotavirus enteritis.
