| 摘 要： | 近年来发展出的几种大规模酵母双杂交方法，已被成功用于植物蛋白质相互作用的研究，对于理解植物细胞内的分子机制具有重要意义。该文旨在介绍大规模酵母双杂交的技术的研究方法及其在植物蛋白质相互作用研究中的应用现状、存在的主要问题和解决办法，并对今后的发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Several large - scale yeast two - hybrid methods for genome - wide analysis of protein - protein interactions were developed and applied to mapping the protein - protein interaction in plants. This paper reviewed the methods of large - scale yeast two - hybrid system and their application in protein - protein interaction research of plant, the main problems and solutions, and prospected its application situation. |
