| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一种提取单一种类染色质非组蛋白的简化方法。在获得核内酚溶性非组蛋白后进行双向电泳。切下胶内点蛋白于缓冲液浸泡抽提,离心得到上清,继用丙酮低温沉淀蛋白。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a simple method for extracting singlc kind chromatin nonhistone protein. After obtaining the phenol-soluble nonhistone proteins, the proteins were subjected to two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The gel containing spot protein was cut off soaked and extracted in the buffer solution. Through centrifuge the supernatant was obtained and then precipitated with acetone at low temperature. |
