| 摘 要： | 利用含溶葡球菌酶基因的枯草芽孢杆菌转化子，进行半合成培养基的５升自动发酵罐的中试发酵条件试验，在控制转速（４５０～５００ｒ／ｍｉｎ）和通气量（１：０．５～０．８）二个条件下，采用分批培养和补料分批培养，获得了一组在半合成培养上生产溶葡球菌酶的较优化条件，产酶高峰在８．５ｈ～９ｈ，酶产量达４６５ｍｇ／Ｌ。

| Abstract: | Parameters affecting the lysostaphin production of Bacillus subtilis transfor-mant containing the lysostaphin gene ware optimized in a 5-liter autofermentor with semi-synthetic media. A favorable set of parameters in batch and feed batch culture was established by the adjustment of rotating velocity (450-500r/ min) and air flow rate (1:0.5-0.8). Peak production of the enzyme was at 8.5 to 9 hours after fermentation with a maximum yield of 465 mg/l. |
