微水相超声波协同固定化脂肪酶催化酯交换过程优化

摘    要:超声波协同固定化脂肪酶催化制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件为:超声波功率70W、叔丁醇为反应介质、叔丁醇用量3%(v/v)、醇油比3:1且甲醇分三批加入、反应温度40℃、水含量为2%(v/v)。副产物甘油对固定化脂肪酶使用寿命影响最大,使用后的固定化脂肪酶用丙酮洗去表面的甘油,进行酯交换反应,酶的稳定性大为提高,可连续使用16批次。

Abstract:Assisted with ultrasonic radialization in raicroaqueous media,the optimized conditions of preparation biodiesel catalyzed by the immobilized lipase were confirmed. The optimized conditions,such as ultrasonic power 70 W,n-butyl alcohol amount 3% (v/v of oil),molar ratio of the methanol to oil 3:1,40℃ , water 2% (v/v of oil) when adding metha-nol according to the same proportions three times,obtained a maximum ester yield 98.6%. By-product glycerol was the key point to influence the catalyst service life. If removing the glycerol on the surface of the immobilized lipase,it could be used for 16 times.
