摘    要:本试验以干燥桑叶粉为材料,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,研究了提取时间、微波功率和料液比对桑叶多糖提取率的影响,确定了微波提取桑叶多糖的最佳工艺条件;与热水浸提法相比,微波法提取率高,且所得桑叶多糖更能明显提高四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量,是一种更好的桑叶多糖提取方法。

Abstract:On the basis of single-factor experiments, the optimum conditions for the extraction of mulberry polysacchaxide were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology, and made a comparison between microwave extraction and hot water extraction. The result showed that the extraction ratio of polysaccharide by using microwave extraction was better and which can increase glucose tolerance ability more significantly.
