摘    要:变速器在单线多品种制造时容易出现错装、漏装等问题而导致产品返修甚至报废。合理运用防错技术能有效防止错装、漏装,对降低产品生产成本,提高生产效率,保证产品质量很有帮助。通过防错设计实例介绍了多种常用防错方法在变速器设计中的应用。

Abstract:It is prone to wrong assembly or neglected assembly when various transmission models share the same assembly line. In this case, some transmission assemblies need reworking or finally are scrapped. To properly use anti-mistake technology can effectively prevent wrong and neglected assembly, which will greatly reduce production cost, increase production efficiency and guarantee the product quality. Various common anti-mistake techniques were introduced, which can be applied in the transmission design by illustrating some anti-mistake design cases.
