摘    要:随着车辆技术的发展,整车智能化、电子化程度越来越高,电控模块间通信信号的数量也越来越多。为节省通信类故障的分析时间,快速锁定问题原因,基于故障自诊断原理,介绍一种通信类故障快速诊断方法,并将该方法以分析软件的形式进行展现,并进行了实车测试。依据故障诊断规范、整车数据库,自动分析故障数据,生成分析结果报告,从而快速确认故障原因,可有效节省故障分析时间,提高故障解决效率。

Abstract:With the development of vehicle technology,the intelligent and electronic level of whole vehicle is getting higher,the number of communication signals between electronic control modules is becoming more.In order to save the analysis time of communication faults and to quickly lock the faults causes,based on the principle of fault self-diagnosis,a fast diagnosis method for communication faults was introduced,which was presented in the form of analysis software and tested in real vehicle.Using the analysis software,automatic analysis of faults data based on the fault diagnosis specification and vehicle database was done,analysis results report was generated,so as to quickly identify the cause of the faults.It can effectively save fault analysis time,improve the efficiency of fault solving.
