摘    要:通过研究基料、无机填料、增韧剂、润滑剂对尼龙6(PA6)复合材料的物理性能、VOC的影响,得到一种高性能低VOC的PA6复合材料。结果表明:以PA6 IM为基料、滑石粉为无机填料、EPDM 3092M为增韧剂、E525为润滑剂的尼龙6复合材料,具有高性能、低VOC的优点。

Abstract:By studying the effects of base material,inorganic filler,toughening agent and lubricant on the physical properties and VOC of nylon 6(PA6)composite material,a kind of composite material with high performance and low VOC PA6 was developed.The results show that the nylon 6 composite materials with PA6 IM as the base material,talc powder as the inorganic filler,EPDM 3092M as the toughening agent and E525 as the lubricant has the advantages of high performance and low VOC.
