| 摘 要： | 针对DC04冷轧板试冲压一款商用车顶盖表面出现橘皮缺陷问题,对产生冲压橘皮的原因进行了理论分析,并进行现场处理和工艺优化。经过对该零部件的生产工艺过程参数进行了调整优化,消除了板面橘皮现象,达到用户外观质量验收标准。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the defect of orange peel on the top surface of a commercial vehicle of DC04 cold-rolled sheet stamping,the reason of orange peel was analyzed theoretically,and the field treatment and process optimization were carried out.After adjusting and optimizing the production process parameters of the parts,the phenomenon of orange peel on the board is eliminated,and the appearance quality of the parts reaches the acceptance standard of the users. |
