摘    要:分析了对汽车驾驶室在涂装电泳槽中运行阻力进行数值模拟的必要性。基于商用软件FLUENT商用软件平台,针对汽车驾驶室在涂装过程的实际工况,建立了三维和有限容积模型,对流动现象分析后建立了理想、不可压缩非定常流动的力学模型,并采用动网格、UDF(User-Defined Function)和VOF(Volume Of Fluid)相结合的技术,对汽车驾驶室在涂装电泳槽中的运动进行了流场模拟分析,获得汽车驾驶室在涂装电泳槽中运动过程受到的阻力,从而为涂装生产线中驱动元件的设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:The necessity of numerical simulation of the running resistance of the cab body in the coating electrophoresis tank was ana-lyzed. The analysis about numerical simulation calculation of three-dimensional flow field for the cab body was got applying the FLUENT soft- ware. The flow model of three-dimensional and finite-volume was established, and the ideal and incompressible mechanical model of the un- steady flow was built based on the actual working conditions. The model was simulated using the technique combining with the dynamic mesh, UDF, VOF.
