| 摘 要： | 液压软管卷盘是为地下连续墙施工装置的液压系统提供液压油源的重要部件,软管在卷盘马达作用下随着施工装置的动作同步收放.通过对软管收放过程的分析和计算,得到驱动卷盘所需的扭矩和缠绕角度的关系,指导设计软管收放系统的智能控制策略.基于此策略设计液压软管卷盘的安全监控系统,经现场试验效果良好.

| Abstract: | As the hydraulic hosereel is a vital component for oil supply to the hydrauliic systems during diaphram wall construction,the retraction of hoses is actuated by the hosereel motor and synchronized with the action of construction equipment.By analyzing and calculating the hose's retraction process,the relationship between the hosereel's driving torque and winding angle,the intelligent control strategy is accordingly designed for hose's retraction system.Based on the on-site testing,relevant safety monitoring... |
