摘    要:以SP120系列摊铺机液压调平系统为实际依据,在对SP120摊铺机液压调平系统故障概率分析的基础上,将模糊数学和故障诊断方法相结合,建立液压调平系统模糊故障树,通过对液压系统进行故障分析,推理出摊铺机调平系统故障发生的模糊概率及其隶属函数分布,为摊铺机液压调平系统的方案设计、故障诊断和维修保养提供理论依据。

Abstract:Pertaining to the hydraulic leveling systems of SP120 series paving machines, the fault probability analysis is conducted. Firstly, the fuzzy fault tree of hydraulic leveling system is established by integrating the fuzzy theory and fault diagnosis. Then, the fuzzy probability, together with membership function distribution,is deduced. Finally, this approach provides a theoretical reference to system design, fault diagnosis and maintenance.
