正铲液压挖掘机挖掘性能图谱叠加分析法

摘    要:通过对正铲液压挖掘机工作装置的机构进行分析研究,建立了正铲液压挖掘机各铰点、重心及斗齿尖的坐标,并进一步推导和建立了正铲液压挖掘机挖掘性能分析的力学模型.此外,首次提出了液压挖掘机挖掘性能的图谱叠加分析法(简称叠加法),在VB编程环境下编制了正铲液压挖掘机挖掘性能的图谱叠加分析软件.图谱叠加分析法是将每种工况下的11张挖掘图叠加在一张图谱上进行分析,更为直观、全面地反映挖掘机的挖掘性能.并以某X型正铲液压挖掘机为例,运用该软件对其挖掘性能进行了系统、全面、准确的分析,验证了本方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:Pertaining to the working device of hydraulic face-shovels,the coordinates of hinge points,gravity centers and bucket cutting tooth are established.Afterwards,a mechanical model for performance analysis is deduced and set up.In addition,the atlas overlay analysis,i.e.superposition method,is proposed for hydraulic face-shovel performance.Under VBTM programming environment,this method is applied by superposing eleven(11) images on a single image for one working condition.Therefore,this approach could reflect ...
