内燃机径向滑动轴承润滑特性及影响因素研究

摘    要:本文通过对内燃机径向滑动轴承润滑特性及影响因素研究现状进行分析,并在流体动力学相关理论基础上,运用雷诺方程、雷诺边界条件等构建内燃机径向滑动轴承润滑计算模型,并通过仿真实验进行内燃机径向滑动轴承润滑特性及影响因素分析,为未来内燃机径向滑动轴承设计及工作提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the research status of the lubrication characteristics and influencing factors of internal combustion engine journal bearings,and based on the relevant theories of hydrodynamics,this paper constructs the lubrication calculation model of internal combustion engine journal bearings by using Reynolds equation and Reynolds boundary conditions,and analyzes the lubrication characteristics and influencing factors of internal combustion engine journal bearings through simulation experiments,It provides a reference for the design and work of internal combustion engine journal bearing in the future.
