HT300发动机机体疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:详细介绍了利用有限元软件ANSYS和疲劳分析软件Ncode-designlife对发动机机体进行疲劳寿命预测的流程。分析了HT300铸铁材料性能对机体疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:材料泊松比对材料疲劳寿命的影响不大,弹性模量和抗拉强度对材料的疲劳寿命影响较大。机体寿命随弹性模量的增大而减小,随抗拉强度的增大而显著增加。

Fatigue Life Analysis of HT300 Engine Cylinder Block
Abstract:The fatigue life prediction process for the engine cylinder block by using the finite element software ANSYS and the fatigue analysis software Ncode - designlife is introduced in detail. The influence of the HT300 material performance on the fatigue life of cylinder block is analyzed. It is shown that the material poisson radio is little with the fatigue life, and the increase of elastic modulus leads to a decreases on the fatigue life, but the fatigue life of the cylinder block will increased significantly with the increase of the tensile strength.
